This notice explains the information used by the public inquiry form, the restricted Ask SINYA interface, and the assistant session.
The inquiry form collects the name, email, project message, consent state, and any optional company, country or region, phone, and machine-interest details submitted. Inquiry records are retained for 180 days to respond to the request and are then scheduled for deletion.
SINYA uses a signed, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict session cookie to maintain the public assistant session. Browser scripts cannot read it, and it does not grant access to an administrator interface.
The public website does not use a third-party human-verification challenge. Inquiry and Ask SINYA requests use source-side rate limits; Ask SINYA also uses a signed session cookie.
The Ask SINYA audit retains request identifiers, a hashed network identifier, status, latency, cited public source identifiers, and policy outcome for 30 days. It does not retain raw questions, answers, model process output, or session secrets.
Ask SINYA answers only from approved public SINYA sources. Do not submit confidential drawings, personal information about other people, or protected project documents.
